And then at 10 o clock after 3 and half hours of waiting @virginmedia cut the Internet connection and @ofcom were powerless to help Suicide Prevention in Hertfordshire. Sad days all round. What pathetic and shambolic customer service!
Worked it out! @virginmedia mean 45 minutes followed by another 45 minutes, then followed by 45 minutes of further waiting finally followed by another 45 minutes and then just continue waiting...
So does anyone know if the @virginmedia takedown is local national or international? It laughingly says 45 minutes but I've been waiting over 3 hrs
