The City of San Antonio is seeking applicants for its Planning Commission. The deadline to apply is November 23, 2025. San Antonio residents with different levels of experience are encouraged to apply. Members receive training and have access to transportation and reimbursement for the cost of dependent care during meetings.

We’re proud to be working on a library renovation at a local elementary school. Per plan, the project runs through half of the school year. Allan didn’t want kids to see plastic temp walls and also wanted to emphasize safety for students - so he took it upon himself to make them rigid and look complete: framed, drywall, paint & applied architect’s rendering graphics. Above & beyond/the Waterman way. Nice work Allan! In one of the pics you can see the unique circular furrdowns taking shape.
