Nobody should dread getting their period because they don’t have enough money left over after buying food to buy tampons and pads.
Yet for many women, this is their monthly reality.
Essentials are not things we can cut back on, they’re the things we all need to survive. 💚

We’re really proud of our amazing team who have delivered over 1,000 parcels this week, but as ever, longing and working for the day this response isn’t needed. Thank you to everyone who donated or volunteered!

Keeping benefits in line with the cost of living is vital to #StopUKPoverty
After the #UniversalCreditCut in October we should be acting to better support those claiming UC - not leaving them behind as inflation rates soar
A second cut to benefits less than six months after the £20 cut to #UniversalCredit is unthinkable.
Benefits must keep pace with the rising cost of essentials – this means increasing benefits by 7% in April to match inflation.
