Good Q: HPIA does not support ALL docks for firmware updates and that could cause confusing (IMHO), so i left it out. Note that you can always add Softpaqs to the repository manually and HPIA will act on those like for any other component

We have just a few spots left in our Small/Medium business lunch/workshop at #MMSMOA next Tuesday. There will be a raffle for a set of Poly Voyager 60 earbuds. DM if interested in attending.
HP is having an SMB workshop at #mmsmoa on Tuesday May 7th. Lunch will be provided. If you have less than 500 endpoints and will be at MMS or are in the MSP metro area, we would love to have you join our product leaders to chat about your experiences. DM for details.
HP is hosting an in person workshop at #MMSMOA for customers with less than 500 endpoints, to better understand the challenges of smaller organizations. Let me know if you would like to participate. You don’t have to be an HP customer to attend.
I’m excited about my new role with @HP on the IT Experience Product Management team. If you have opinions or ideas on how we can make the Endpoint experience better for you, I want to hear from you.

My 15+ year adventure with Dell comes to an end today. I was fortunate to be a part of many successes with coworkers, partners, and customers. Thank you to all of you who joined me on that journey. I look forward to the next one!
#Dell customers that have purchased Ready Image or Generic Image are now entitled to our new Self Healing Image Recovery (bare metal restore from the cloud). More from @colin_sainsbury at dell.com/en-us/blog/rebuildi…
So while you all were at #MMSMOA I was busy launching #Dell Ready Image. If you use our generic image, it's the same (clean Windows build + drivers), but can be directly ordered by your sales team without a Services project. dell.com/en-us/dt/services/d…
