It's the @Warks_Spoon Annual Christmas Lunch at @RicohArena today! 🎅 With MC Roger Dakin and guest speakers, @miketindall13 and @LeaRobertsComic, it's set to be a festive afternoon of fundraising fun to kick off the Christmas Season in style! 🎄

A £12,800 donation made by @Warks_Spoon to Coventry Rugby Community Foundation has paid for three rugby wheelchairs, giving 60 young people access to wheelchair rugby from special schools in the area, so more people like George can get stuck into the game for the first time.

Did you know today is the International Day of Women and Girls in Science? Eight years ago, @Warks_Spoon funded a Science Laboratory at @NorthleighHS, a school which provides a safe and calm learning environment to support young people who have been bullied. Take a look. 👇

Animals can be great companions for children with disabilities as well as helping with their physical and emotional development. The @Warks_Spoon funded farm at @brooke_school, provides a therapeutic space for pupils to look after the animals and learn. 🐷 #WorldAnimalDay

#OnThisDay seven years ago, Martin Johnson CBE opened the new Wooden Spoon Suite, funded by @Warks_Spoon at @HerewardCollege. The suite offered a bedroom and bathroom adapted for young people with disabilities to be able to use whilst in education there. #helpingkidsthroughrugby
