Therapists were busy on Ward 31 today, clearing out their gym space to optimise the space! Also all in preparation towards meeting the guidelines of increasing intensity of stroke rehab!

Today our therapists did an exercise challenge with some of our stroke patients, to promote the importance cardiorespiratory endurance and muscle strengthening after stroke! 🏋🏼♀️
