A patient with terminal cancer was supported to marry the love of his life, in a ceremony held in the grounds of the Glenfield. Jason Bowers married Gemma Cooper, with help from the team from Ward 29. Gemma said: “The nurses made it beautiful for us. I can’t thank them enough.”
