Just a shame we’re pretty crap at talking, but it really does help.
I’ve suffered with anxiety pretty much all my life, might never have admitted though. Unfortunately PTSD stole a lot of my life, but talking really did help me get back on track.

Just wanted to say a heartfelt thanks to those of you that have checked in since I lost a colleague and partner of a friend due to the rail crash last week. Seeing 2 of our trains in a collision, both on St Pancras jobs was extremely difficult, as a depot were all devastated.
Heard the most British comment today, Family of American tourists walking through St Pancras joyfully pointed out the steering wheel of their tour bus was on the right hand side….. Lovely British bloke walking past, shouted “It’s coz your in Britain Dickheads” 😂

So I’m sure none of you will believe me due to the slightly overweight chap I am, but I managed the London Marathon in just over 4 hours and 32 minutes.
So proud of myself, unfortunately I did have to get up and turn it over after that…….
