Her emotional detachment might come in handy, as she has no personal interest in manipulating the outcome. He'll know exactly where he's at. Like many other things, she's still unraveling the concept of emotions. That makes two of them. Perhaps, a drink is a start?

Then he is now in possession of a friend. Until Megatron gives the order for direct termination. She may have not entirely understood the concept of friendship, yet. However, with her Master being lost to the stars, that order may, perhaps, never come.

Then why does he not seize his happiness and claim what should be his? If he is not shackled, why is he incapable of doing so?

Unlike the rest of the Decepticons, she is wholeheartedly Megatron's subordinate. Why waste the energy on a target that is of no interest? Personal entanglement is far from her. She lives to serve Megatron and obey his every command, nothing more, nothing less.

Given that Sixshot had found himself dismantled by her servos before, those would most likely not help him much. Though, she has no interest in that, unless a direct order was given by Megatron and only Megatron. Until then, she's in her docile, observative state.
