Reprehensible behaviour from @waitrose. They think it’s fine for honest customers to pay for uncontrolled shoplifting. They certainly make sure they don’t pay for it - highest price inflation of all supermarkets, 4.7% last year, while profits up 7%

I’d rather just politely refuse them entry to the venue for the obvious disrespect… would be worth paying for security to keep them out if they’re that obnoxious. Warn spouse-to-be beforehand so they have the option to rein their family in if they don’t want drama on the day
Absolutely. I also issue consequences for anyone that mentions mum/dad in class. Or christmas/easter. Or that brings a packed lunch, or pays for their dinner. Or has a clean uniform that fits. Or does any reading, drawing etc at home. Or breathes non-asthmatically… etc

Is there research that shows a diverse RAF, or any organisation, is more effective, resilient, better etc? There must be plenty of evidence out there judging by how frequently and confidently this assertion is made.
Before claiming diversity is bad or good, I’d want proof
Why not campaign for better conditions for all workers? For all employers to provide decent working conditions that rival the best, rather than trying to drag decent employers down to crappy bare minimum level that suits the fat cats’ pockets, a race to the bottom for workers
