📍Not sure where to vote? You must go to the polling station noted on your poll card, which you will receive in the post. If you don't receive a poll card, then you can go to wheredoivote.co.uk and type in your postcode to check where you need to go 😊 #LocalElections

It's so important for children to have access to stories about characters that have had similar experiences to them. That's why we've put together a list of brilliant reads that feature children who have experienced foster care: booktrust.org.uk/booklists/f… Pic: Extraordinary Birds

Ferrules- the small rubber base of walking aids- are now available free of charge from local libraries, community centres, Walsall Manor Hospital, the Goscote Centre and Walsall Register Office. To obtain one, talk to a member of staff who will provide and fit it free of charge.
Image reads: Walking stick check week #walkingstickMOT. “Would you drive a car with a worn tyre? Then why use a walking stick with a worn ferrule?”. Benefits of checking and changing: More stable, better posture, more steady on your feet, reduced risk of falls. Give your walking stick an MOT.
