Hi @gtbank @gtbank_help On 24th March, 2022, I made a payment of #79,900 using the USSD channel to Jumia @JumiaNigeria which was debited from my account. I have made complaint via the customer service of both parties and also visited a GTBANK branch but I haven't been credited.
