Excited to report that we are now a part of #purdueBME. We’re in the same physical location in Indianapolis and are looking for talented PhD students and postdocs who want to join our @WallaceBoneLab team. Please reach out if interested!
We are hiring a #postdoc to help run a VA grant focused on treating bone defects in comorbid diabetes and chronic kidney disease. If you have a background in #bonemechanics and are interested in working at the intersection of engineering and medicine, contact me!
So glad that @bme_iupui could meet for a meal together at #BMES2022. Thanks to the faculty and staff, #BMES student officers, undergraduate presenters, and #NIH_DEBUT awardees for a spectacular conference (and first BMES for me)!
The @WallaceBoneLab and @bme_iupui are well represented at #BMES2022. The lab is recruiting 1-2 new #PhDstudents for Fall 2023.We are also still looking for 1-2 #postdocs! Contact us if interested.

It took a long time to get here, but we finally published our first paper on skeletal effects of a combined model of diabetes and CKD. This model forms the basis of our VA grant that is set to begin this fall!
Super proud of the 5 @WallaceBoneLab members presenting their work at this year's @ASBMR annual meeting. Congrats everyone! #ASBMR2022
So proud of this group of @bme_iupui students. I can't wait to cheer as they receive their award at the BMES conference in San Antonio this October!

I speak for all of @bme_iupui when I say that we are excited for the coming merger and look forward to working side by side with our colleagues in West Lafayette!
With recent funding from @NSF, @NIH, and @DeptVetAffairs, my lab is adding a #postdoc. If interested in interdisciplinary work at the intersection of engineering and medicine, and a background in #biomechanics, contact me via the email on my website: bbml.et.iupui.edu
