And that's a wrap on my FIFA World Cup adventure. Thank you Houston & thank you LA. What an honour and a privilege it has been to provide World Feed commentary over the last month.

Huge that! Unbelievable character and togetherness on display. That's the kind of England performance I can really get behind. Bellingham immense.

Houston’s execution of 7 matches at Houston Stadium was fantastic! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Having had the privilege of calling all 7 matches with Paul Walker I can only say the matches, fans, players and all involved were amazing. One more in LA. #HoustonWorldCup #SoccerMatters

After starting this journey together with Hallam FM, then BBC Sheffield and now reunited at the FIFA WC. Amazing to catch up with @LukeWileman ahead of Canada v Morocco.

The real winners of the World Cup are going home. That was a game for the ages, one of those where you'll always remember where you were when you watched it. Sensation effort from Cabo Verde, sensational! 👏👏👏

Very lucky to be in Houston for this @FIFAWorldCup with 21 goals and so many memorable moments already from Curacao scoring on their WC debut, DR Congo getting their first WC point, the Dutch turning on the style v Sweden and Cristiano Ronaldo being the first to score in 6 WC's.

Just back from Netherlands v Sweden. What a thrill to be on the mic for that. On that display, the Dutch have all the tools to go far, some fine finishing too!

Gutted about this. John was one of the first coaches i dealt with way back in my radio days. The nicest guy with a wicked laugh. After Sheffield Eagles' Wembley win in 98, he insisted we joined the team at the after-party. Wonderful memories. Thoughts with his family and friends.

Story of the season & manager of the season for me. Loved covering some of their games. A club that seems to be getting it right on and off the pitch. ⬆️
