That’s what I’m talking about!!!

Fla State/SMU playing old school football. Stats being kept by hand. Not many these days know how to do that. Proud to say I do. It’s what it was when I started. Fun times.

A few interesting notes coming out of last night's @McNeeseFB 52-0 win over TX Wesleyan... • HC Matt Viator won his 84th game at McN, moving him past NSU's Sam Goodwin for No. 2 all-time in the SLC record book while at a league school. (103 career wins). • The 4 TDs thrown by Devin Lippold are the most by a Cowboy making his 1st start. • Stills-Bey blocked FG return for a TD was the 1st since 2002. • The 70-yd return was the 2nd-longest blocked FG return for a TD in school history. • Brady Barrier is 3rd McN QB to throw TD pass this season. • Sentario Willis picked off a pass for the second straight game. Last time that happened was last season (Javon Davis vs. NSU, ETAM). • 2 blocked kicks in the game marked the first time since 2018 (at SLU). @JFGazzolo @Chaston_Tavares @CoachAI @SouthlandSports @NCAA_FCS

In last night's game with 126 rushing yards, @McNeeseFB RB Omiri Wiggins became the first Cowboy since 2010 (Marcus Wiltz) to rush for 100 yds in making his McNeese debut. #GeauxPokes

Tonight @McNeeseFB and SFA battled on the field, but in the end, came together to give all glory to God.

Special moment in Daikin Park for @McNeeseBaseball at the @astros vs @Brewers game. Three former Cowboys on the field. Grant Anderson, Coach Justin Hill, Bryan King, and Jace Peterson… and me.
