ATTN: One person who retweets this post will get a special prize after the workshop...
Register for the workshop here: briancain.com/the-ultimate-g…
I have had the privilege of working with some of the top teams and organizations in the world...
What I have found is that there are common characteristics, traits, and tendencies that these winning cultures ALL embody.
Two things to remember:
1) Success leaves clues (learn from others)
2) Leadership and culture are often simple, but not easy (it's important to have a process to follow)
That is why tomorrow (Wednesday, 7/10), I am hosting a brand new LIVE workshop where I will show you exactly what it takes to build a winning culture.
You will get a behind-the-scenes look at:
• My 5-step process to establish and enhance ANY culture
• The ONE common characteristic ALL championship cultures have
• Strategies to leverage to make it a collaborative experience with your team
• How you can continue to grow the culture you've built year after year.
This workshop is FREE to watch live and will go on until 8:30 pm EST.
