Many companies have employee resource groups dedicated to women's issues, education and training initiatives, recognition and mentorship programs -- these are all options for companies to support women.

Last Friday, our WINiT Strategic Advisory board members met to talk about the many exciting things to come from #WINiTByGBTA ! They kicked off celebrations for #InternationalWomensDay and #WomensHistoryMonth .

A4. Our company is 87% female, we believe this is because we offer complete calendar control/flexi working. We don't do anything any different for our women vs our men, we're all in this together and find the men need as much capability & confidence building as we (women) do

A2. stop putting women on the sidelines. At major events put men & women front / centre stage together (and not just on panels talking about how to advance women!). If you don't know how to achieve this, ask me and I will help.

Part-time work is a big one. It suits a lot of people to work 3 days a week and they can be very productive - no long lunches or wasting time at work. Many companies only pay lip service to it and IR35 has made it worse.
