The residents at Lowry Close had a fabulous time at their Christmas party yesterday, held at the Chapelford Farm 🎄🎅
Today, we pause to remember the bravery and sacrifice of all those who served. Lest we forget. 🇬🇧 #RemembranceDay
Yesterday we popped over to Robson Grove for a community check-in event - complete with a skip for residents to make use of! 🛠️ It was great to catch up with a few customers, and Colette even made a new four-legged friend, Bella the dog 🐾
Last week marked the final day at Raven Court, where we fitted brand new windows for the residents. They’re absolutely thrilled - no more draughts, just cosy, toasty homes ready for winter! ❄️💛
Getting to know you helps us support you better. 🤝

As of 27 Oct 2025, new legal standards known as Awaab’s Law are in effect. 🏠They ensure issues like damp, mould and other serious hazards are fixed quickly and safely in social housing.
At WHA, we fully support this change and are committed to keeping your home safe.

We spoke with residents, gathered feedback, and heard some great comments including “Repairs have been dealt with quickly.” 💪
Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts! 💙
