Agents keep their existing XDC wallets, code & operations.
@Concordium adds the missing piece: a publicly verifiable on-chain badge that a real person or business is accountable — without revealing who.
Exclusive for @XDC_SI . Live now.
AI agents can move money over x402.
But who’s accountable for them?
@XDCNetwork is taking that question seriously.
Concordium is now the exclusive identity verification layer for XDC AI, bringing the Verified by Concordium Badge to an entire agent network.
And it’s already live. ↓

XDC Network has selected Concordium as the exclusive identity verification layer for @XDC_SI , bringing verified ownership to AI agents transacting on XDC.
The integration gives agents a publicly verifiable on-chain badge confirming that a verified individual or business stands behind them, without publicly revealing the owner’s identity.
XDC AI already enables agents to discover services and pay in @USDC using x402. This adds accountability as agents conduct financial transactions and act on behalf of businesses.
@XDCNetwork marks @Concordium's first full-network integration, with agents retaining their existing XDC wallets, code and operations.

🇪🇺 MiCA Q4 2026 Stablecoin Update: 25 Authorized Stablecoin (EMT) Issuers issuing 41 MiCA-compliant EMTs across 14 Countries
Yesterday, ESMA published an Opinion that every crypto-asset service provider in the EU now has to act on. CASPs should not provide services on EMTs that are not issued in compliance with MiCA. That covers not only trading, exchange or order execution, but also transfers, custody, advice and portfolio management. National regulators are expected to require remediation as soon as possible, and no later than early January 2027.
This raises the obvious question: which stablecoins can EU teams still provide services for? Here is the answer👇
Current snapshot of MiCA-compliant stablecoins (October 2026):
→ 25 authorized EMT issuers
→ From 14 EEA countries: 🇫🇷 (6), 🇳🇱 (3), 🇱🇺 (3), 🇲🇹 (2), 🇱🇹 (2), 🇫🇮 (1), 🇩🇰 (1), 🇱🇻 (1), 🇨🇿 (1), 🇩🇪 (1), 🇮🇸 (1), 🇵🇱 (1), 🇵🇹 (1), 🇸🇮 (1)
→ 41 authorized EMTs:
• 23 EUR-denominated 💶
• 11 USD-denominated 💵
• 2 GBP-denominated 🇬🇧
• 1 each in CZK, PLN, RON, CHF and SEK
These 41 are the stablecoins EU businesses can continue to serve under MiCA.
At @circle, more than two years into MiCA's application for stablecoins, we're proud to issue Europe's largest regulated EUR and USD stablecoins, EURC and USDC.
If you run a CASP, a fintech, a payments business or any company that needs compliant, widely distributed and liquid stablecoins in Europe, reach out.

Yall should prepare for XDC 3.0.
Launch will be in OCTOBER.
We're going from a slightly inflationary model to DEFLATIONARY.
We'll have 100% base fee destruction for every single transaction and smart contract call
Also we'll have algorithmic scaling so HIGH volume activity will cause the burn amount to exponentially increase
There's also gonna be a new NODE structure
Instead of having to pay 10 million XDC for a core validator node, XDC is introducing protector and observer tiers to earn native automated yield.
This will mitigate centralization risks and helps with making the network more decentralized
Finally TOKENOMICS are officially changing.
The network is essentially shifting itself into a self-sustaining loop.
Token rewards will be algorithmically calculated and offset by fee burning, allowing token utility to organically support the networks asset value
Before, new tokens were minted to reward node holders which caused slight inflation
NOW new tokens are minted to reward node holders BUT every single transaction on the network permanently destroys a fraction of XDC.
So pretty much as more institutions and Ai agents use the network, tokens are gonna be burned faster than they are printed
Welcome to the NEW XDC
Scarce and deflationary
Gonna be a good October yall.
Keep your bags packed.

Today we’re announcing Petal: the world’s first petabit-class transoceanic subsea cable and the first to deploy multi-core fiber at scale.
Spanning 7,000 km (4,000+ mi) between France and the United States, Petal will deliver 1 Petabit per second (1 Pbps / 1,000 Tbps), doubling the capacity of today’s most advanced transatlantic systems.
Petal is set to enter service in 2029, setting a new standard for high capacity, high density SDM subsea cable designs.

Today, we are merging Claude Cowork and chat to simplify how you use Claude!
We are also integrating Claude Design so that you can ask Claude to make a Slide, Design, or Doc without needing to switch tabs or apps.
Many of you shared that you didn't want to choose which Claude product to use for any task. As Claude models have become more capable, we've found that Claude can handle the routing for you. Based on your prompt, Claude will decide whether to give a quick answer or do deeper agentic work, and what kind of output best fits the task.
You're in control the whole time: you can still stop, redirect, or exert finer control over Claude's effort or approach.
Give it a try and let us know what you think. We're rolling this out slowly over the next few weeks to get it right.

Google may have just cracked recursive self-improvement!
@GoogleDeepMind researchers introduced Dream-RSI, which turns completed discovery runs into “replay worlds.” Agents can test thousands of exploration strategies against recorded outcomes, deploy the winner, gather new experience and repeat.
It does not rewrite the model’s weights. It improves the policy deciding where to branch, what to run in parallel and when to stop. Across algorithm design, mathematical optimization and GPU kernels, the authors report better results with substantially less compute.
This is recursive self-improvement at the meta layer: an agent getting steadily better at deciding how to use intelligence and compute.

🚨 New Google RSI update
Google / DeepMind just published Dream RSI, where an agent can learn from its past attempts, improve how it searches for better solutions, then repeat the loop
I literally posted a few days ago guessing they had some kind of loop towards RSI, this is getting very interesting
Somethings happening at Google rn
About a month back there were leaks that Google DeepMind were heavily pushing for RSI, and Sergey Brin was steering more resources into it
Now people are teasing stuff about RSI, and Google are getting really strict on leakers
My guess is they’ve figured out some kind of live RL loop as a step towards RSI (purely speculation)

1/ This one stings. Our team gave everything we had to get the Clarity Act across the finish line. So did most of the industry. This was an opportunity bigger than Ripple or one company - we did this for the industry, for consumers and to cement the US’s position as the crypto capital of the world and as a leader in the future of finance. Ultimately, consumers and U.S. competitiveness got left behind.
2/ A post mortem needs to be done on why this failed (more from me on that in the days ahead). The politics of the democrats (the anti-crypto army) was elevated over good policy.
3/ There is still reason for optimism for crypto in the United States. Now, the SEC, under Chair Atkins, and the CFTC, under Chair Selig, will continue to work hard to issue rules to fill the legislative gap and we will continue to be actively engaged in that rule making process.
4/ Ripple's business has never been stronger — real demand across traditional finance and the digital asset ecosystem. A missed vote in Washington doesn't change our momentum, our global footprint, or our customers.

‼️ BREAKING: Chinese labs DeepSeek and Moonshot were quietly relaying customer prompts to Claude through fraudulent accounts. Users thought they were using Chinese AI, but were actually getting answers from Claude.
Their customers' sensitive data now is in Anthropic's hands. One user, who is tied to China's military, asked Kimi whether a person tracked across hundreds of CCTV cameras in Chengdu was behaving abnormally. DeepSeek passed along live credentials for a Russian government database, shared by an IT operator handling data from a Defense Ministry-linked agency.
The two Chinese labs relayed customer prompts to Claude through fraudulent accounts and saved the exchanges to train their own models. Moonshot forwarded almost 300,000 customer requests in a single ten-day stretch. DeepSeek flagged users running its models inside coding tools like Claude Code and OpenCode, then routed some of them to Opus.
