Après la frappe ukrainienne sur le data-center de VK près de Saint-Pétersbourg (à Vsevlojsk), les plaintes ont explosé dès 4h du matin.
Messages impossibles à envoyer, titres qui ne lancent pas sur VK Musique, erreurs d'authentification, photos et vidéos qui refusent de charger 😱😈
NetBlocks a mesuré la chute : l'infrastructure réseau de VK tourne à 56 % de son niveau normal.
Ce n'est pas un simple plantage d'appli. VK Musique et le cloud de VK servent des centaines d'entreprises russes.
Les précédentes frappes sur Yandex avaient déjà poussé le système au bord : documentations en panne, logistique de gros retailers (PepsiCo compris), tribunaux, services de prise de rendez-vous ... tout a "tremblé".
C'est déjà le 5e data-center russe frappé en octobre 2026.
- 8 octobre — Yandex, Sasovo (région de Riazan), endommagé par des drones, incendie sur le site
- 9 octobre — Yandex, Kaluga : plusieurs modules complètement désactivés

To protect Europe, close the European door to Russians now.
Russian combatants and their family members should not be allowed to enter the EU. We need real entry bans as soon as possible.
Similar steps have already been taken at the national level, including in Estonia. They are feasible and they work.
An EU-wide move would be especially timely now, as Putin is grabbing new cannon fodder off the streets. Every Russian man recruited to fight against Ukraine should know: by signing a contract with the invading army, he is also signing a ban on entering Europe and the rest of the world.
Non-essential visas for Russian nationals must be restricted to the maximum extent across all European states. This is a matter of national security for every European country.
Russian diplomats should also not be able to move freely across Europe. Russia's attacks on Europe are no longer merely hybrid. They are growing in intensity and scale. This demands urgent action. Only tough pressure can stop Putin.

🇷🇺🇪🇺 Why is Russia stockpiling NEW TANKS just 500 km (311 miles) from NATO territory while its war in Ukraine is still raging?
Satellite images comparing 2025 and 2026 reportedly show Russia's 22nd Central Tank Reserve Base in Kostroma refilling with armored vehicles, including what analysts identify as newly built T-90M tanks.
The facility had been almost emptied to supply the war in Ukraine. Now, Russia appears to be rebuilding its reserves with fresh equipment.
So why are these tanks being stored instead of sent to the Ukrainian front?
Is Moscow simply replenishing its depleted military stockpiles, or is it preparing for something much BIGGER?
And if Russia is already planning for a future confrontation with NATO, how much time does Europe actually have?

Sanctions relief will continue. I think the diesel deal and the move regarding the Lindsey Graham Act are not the end of it. Unfortunately.
It’s unfortunate because we all had great respect for Lindsey. He devoted his life to America. We had an excellent relationship with him. And shortly before the tragedy, Lindsey was in Ukraine. He always supported us very strongly and pushed for as much assistance to Ukraine as possible.
It’s difficult without him, I’ll be honest. I want to thank both Democrats and Republicans who supported his bill. That was a major victory: this truly bipartisan support. And now, the decision to undo all of this, to block all of it, seems wrong to me. And it definitely helps only the Russians. It only fuels their satisfaction and their desire to keep killing people. This certainly does not stop the war.
