Our lot is live!!! 'The Stag' created by our very own Tracy Cadman is available via facebook.com/groups/OneVoice… There are many other items to bid on-plus, if they state that they benefit any rescue then you can choose Wadars to receive your winning bid, so a win-win situation 😃

A pregnant hedgehog was admitted to our wildlife unit a couple of weeks ago. She had wounds which were too severe to allow her to be immediately released into the wild, so we planned to treat her for a few days before releasing her to have her babies… See our FB for full story

On a cool, sunny Monday morning, 25-year-old Worthing resident Mike Jones stepped into his brand-new office at 13 Chatsworth Road in Worthing... That was 30 years ago - and Worthing has remained our home ever since! Here's what to expect in 2021 > bit.ly/MJ30thAnniversary #MJ30

This Herring gull was caught in netting above @Morrisons in #Littlehampton for 3 days. Animal Rescue Officer Billy attended, but our ladders were not tall enough to reach the height of the roof, so Billy called in the @WestSussexFire - See our FB page for full story. #wildlife

A huge thank you to our friends at @BrownsNatural in Ferring who recently presented us with a cheque for £750. The funds were raised through a combination of store collection pots, raffles, and some generous contributions from customers and supporters. #CharityTuesday #petlovers

Recently had this little one come into our care, he was found orphaned & dehydrated at an industrial estate in Storrington. After rehydrating him we took him up to Wildlife Aid where he will be put with others of his kind and cared for until he can be released back into the wild

#Goring Library had some quacking visitors on Saturday 🦆 We think they were trying to stock up on their Bank Holiday reading 😆 @WADARS1 did a fantastic job of rescuing mama duck and her 11 ducklings from near the busy road and releasing them at a nearby stream.

The Animal Welfare Sentencing Bill has passed parliament meaning that the max. sentence for anyone convicted of animal cruelty will rise from six months to five years. The Bill will become law once signed by the Queen. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this a reality

This gorgeous little greylag gosling was found alone at Patching Pond by our volunteer Paul. His parents had been chased off by some territorial Canada geese, and whilst his two siblings managed to keep up, this guy got left behind. For full story see our Facebook page #wildlife
