挿管困難予想例への4分間の前酸素化におちて、HFNCによる前酸素化は、フェイスマスクと比較して、SpO2≦94％やBVM換気の発生率を有意に減少させなかったが、臨床的に有意な利益を除外するには検出力不足だった。一方で患者満足度はHFNCで改善された、というRCT。
