Weaponizing law enforcement to intimidate voters is never ok. The freedom to vote is a constitutional right, and everyone should feel safe while exercising their freedom to vote.

Judges keep reaching the same conclusion: the federal government has no right to voters' private data, and no business using it to take away their freedom to vote.
🚨BREAKING: A judge ruled the DOJ's policy of collecting states' unredacted voter rolls and urging them to remove voters flagged as ineligible is illegal. "This policy...has left untold numbers of disenfranchised voters in its wake and inflicted injuries to the Plaintiffs' privacy," the court wrote.

Meanwhile, President Trump went on national television and described a vendor's error as a deliberate attempt to subvert the election. It was a mistake, and treating it as a plot is the same move he has made since 2020 to cast doubt on results before anyone has voted.

Maricopa's elections are run by nonpartisan administrators who do this work carefully and follow the law. Ballots are going out this week and early in-person voting starts today. If you're mailing yours back, send it soon, or drop it off through Election Day on Nov. 3. 🗳️
