After their three-year-old daughter was killed by an illegal alien, the Hines family placed their trust in David Stumbo to seek justice and get closure. When they needed it the most, David Stumbo stood for them.
David Stumbo: Tough on Crime Prosecutor for Attorney General. VoteStumbo.com
South Carolina, I want to share why fighting for victims is personal to me. As a career prosecutor, I’ve fought for justice for victims of domestic violence, including securing life without parole for an abuser who took a young woman’s life.
As your Attorney General, I’ll continue fighting for victims and holding violent criminals accountable.

It was great to sit down with SCETV’s Gavin Jackson this past week in Greenwood to talk about my experience as a prosecutor, the work we’ve done here in the 8th Circuit, and why I’m running to serve as South Carolina’s next Attorney General.
Thank you to Gavin and the SCETV team for making the trip to Greenwood and for the conversation.
It was great being with the Citadel Republican Society last night and having the opportunity to share why I’m running to be South Carolina’s next Attorney General.
What an impressive group of sharp young men and women who care deeply about the future of our state and country. They have incredibly bright futures ahead of them, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to spend some time with them!
Thank you to Adrian Cain for the invitation and for the opportunity to speak alongside you. I appreciate all you’re doing to encourage and invest in the next generation of conservative leaders.
Experience matters.
I’ve spent my career as a prosecutor, working alongside law enforcement and handling the cases that impact our communities.
It’s experience built in the courtroom and proven through years of putting criminals behind bars.
As your next Attorney General, I won’t need on-the-job training. I know what it takes to enforce the law, protect our communities, and stand with the men and women who keep us safe.
I’ll be ready on Day One to get to work for the people of South Carolina.
Vanessa and I were so thankful to spend Saturday with family cheering on the Gamecocks! There’s nothing quite like a Saturday at Williams-Brice and college football in the South. Great football, even better company, and memories we’ll always cherish.
The special halftime tribute honoring our military made the day even more memorable. We are forever grateful for the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.
Go Gamecocks!
Twenty-five years ago today, our nation changed forever.
Like so many Americans, I still remember where I was when I heard the news and watched the unimaginable unfold. Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the hundreds heroes who ran toward danger to save lives.
September 11th reminds us of the courage and sacrifice of our first responders and other citizen heroes that saved lives that day. In the days that followed, our nation came together in prayer, grief, and love for one another. That unity and sense of purpose to fight our common enemies is something we should never forget, and hopefully remind us that we are so much stronger as a country when we come together under the same flag and values that made our country great in the first place.
Vanessa and I continue to pray for the families who still grieve their lost loved ones. We must always honor the courage of those who gave all that day (and in the years that followed) to serve and protect our country - and to bring to justice the evildoers who continue to seek our destruction.🙏🇺🇸💪

Charlie was a lion for America and a warrior for the truth.
It’s hard to believe it has been a year since we lost Charlie Kirk.
Charlie had a unique ability to make people feel like they were part of something bigger than themselves. He encouraged young people to get involved, to ask hard questions, and most importantly, to never be afraid to stand up for what they believed was right.
Today, I’m thinking of Charlie, praying for Erika and their family, and remembering the passion and courage he brought to everything he did.
May we honor his memory by continuing to never back down, staying true to your convictions, and inspiring the next generation to lead with courage and purpose.
We miss you, Charlie
There’s nothing quite like football season in South Carolina! I’m looking forward to cheering on the Carolina Gamecocks tomorrow and kicking off another great season of college football.
Go Gamecocks!
Proud to have the endorsement of the South Carolina Fraternal Order of Police, representing thousands of active and retired law enforcement officers across our state.
“David Stumbo understands law enforcement because he has spent his career working alongside officers to hold criminals accountable. The South Carolina Fraternal Order of Police is proud to endorse David Stumbo to serve as South Carolina’s next Attorney General.” — John Blackmon, President, South Carolina Fraternal Order of Police
I’ve spent my career standing alongside the men and women of law enforcement to keep our communities safe and hold criminals accountable. As Attorney General, I’ll always have their backs.
I’m honored to have their support as we head into November.
It was great being at Congresswoman Sheri Biggs’ Salute to Liberty! Vanessa and I look forward to this event every year, and it never disappoints. Honoring our veterans and law enforcement who have dedicated their lives to serving and protecting our communities and our country is always special. Thank you to Congresswoman Biggs for another wonderful evening!
