Let this sink in… “The Court's ruling stands. But Thomas put a 91-page marker on the record.”
CLARENCE THOMAS JUST PUBLISHED THE EXACT ARGUMENT FOR WHY THE SUPREME COURT'S BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP RULING IS CONSTITUTIONALLY WRONG Not a political objection. Not a policy disagreement. NAMED HISTORY. SPECIFIC TEXT. Amendment by amendment. 📜 14th Amendment, 1868 — "ONE pervading purpose": securing equal citizenship for FREED SLAVES after the Civil War 📜 Reconstruction Congress intent — zero evidence the drafters contemplated children of foreign temporary visitors or illegal aliens 📜 "Subject to the jurisdiction" clause — Thomas: means full political allegiance, not mere physical presence on US soil 📜 The majority opinion — Thomas says it REPURPOSED the Amendment to protect preferred rights the drafters NEVER contemplated 📜 Thomas's direct quote — those rights "CANNOT find support in the text today" 📜 His warning on the ruling — "I am not sure that today's opinion will stand the test of time" 📜 Thomas during April 2026 oral arguments — probed whether immigration debates even existed when the 14th was written 📜 His core distinction — freed slaves were entitled to citizenship because they were Americans with no other homeland; children of foreign nationals are not in the same category 📜 Roberts and Barrett — joined the liberal bloc in the 6-3 majority in Trump v. Barbara 📜 Gorsuch — joined Thomas in dissent; Alito filed a separate dissent 💀 91 pages 💀 1 purpose the 14th Amendment actually had, per Thomas 💀 ZERO rights the Reconstruction Congress contemplated for children of foreign nationals 💀 100% of Thomas's argument grounded in the specific post-Civil War historical record — not modern policy preference Every argument on this list is anchored in the text and history of the Amendment. Not in what the Court wishes it said. In what the people who wrote it actually intended. The Court's ruling stands. But Thomas put a 91-page marker on the record. Thomas's dissent is still ticking. These are the arguments at the core of it. I'll keep you updated as this unfolds, turn on notifications this is EXTREMELY important.

When do we stop them…?
These are the crazy guys on the bus...and they are actively coordinating with governors and mayors to subvert America and western civilization. All of these "protests" are astroturfed & foreign funded.

Tonight, France burned. America, you should be watching very carefully. Today, October 17, 2026, more than half a million people marched across France against the cost of living. By 8pm, around 400 had been arrested. In Paris, police turned water cannons on the crowds at Place de la République, and one march was stopped 150 meters from the Élysée Palace. Of the 195 people arrested in the capital by the afternoon, only one actually lived in Paris. Mobs forced their way into the city halls of Marseille and Lille. In Lyon, a tourism office was set on fire. In Rennes, barricades burned. Near Limoges, a highway was blocked and police cars were torched. And then came Limoges. A crowd of very young people stormed the city hall, a protected historic monument built in the 1880s. They flipped police cars in front of it and set them ablaze, then set the building itself on fire. The flames took the roof, the wedding hall, and the civil registry, the office that records every birth, every marriage, every death in the city. Tonight, the bell tower that has crowned Limoges for nearly 150 years collapsed. The mayor's response: "It's a monument that is burning, not the Republic." That is the problem in one sentence. Our leaders still think words can put out fires. None of this came out of nowhere. For twenty years, the French political class has excused everything. Every riot was "anger." Every burned car was a "social symptom." Every attack on police was "a reaction to provocation." And the hard left, La France Insoumise, which officially backed today's mobilization, built its electoral machine on an alliance with political Islamism: refusing to condemn, refusing to name, trading secularism and public order for votes. In France we have a word for it. Islamo-gauchisme. Islamo-leftism. Tonight you saw where that culture of excuse ends. A country where a mob can burn down a town hall, and the state arrives after the roof has already fallen in. My dear American friends, I say this with love, as someone who has lived among you and owes you a great deal: your midterms are on November 3rd. And the same alliance is growing inside your Democratic Party. The same far-left wing that treats disorder as protest and police as the enemy. The same activists who refuse to draw a line between legitimate dissent and those who openly despise the West. The same politicians who think tolerance means tolerating everything, including the people who want to burn it down. It always starts with excuses. Then comes impunity. Then come the flames. Same causes, same effects. If you create the conditions we created, you will get exactly what we got tonight. France was the country of the Enlightenment, of cathedrals and town halls that stood for centuries. Tonight, one of them collapsed live on social media while the government called for calm. My dear American friends, the only advantage you have over us is that you've been warned. Vote like your city hall depends on it. Because one day, it will.

If Walmart really is closing 132 stores, that’s terrible news for the seven cashiers who work there.

Three surgeons were discussing who makes the best patients to operate on. The first surgeon said, "Electricians are the best, everything inside is color-coded." The second surgeon said, "No, I think librarians are, everything inside them is in alphabetical order." The third surgeon shut them up when he said, "You're all wrong. Politicians are the easiest to operate on. There's no guts, no heart, no brains, and no spine. Plus, the head and ass are interchangeable.

Yeah, everyone should read Kari Lake's awesome book "Unafraid." She talks about when she was a journalist, she went on overseas trips with Cindy McCain, and Cindy would strangely bring this young hunk to accompany her. 🙄🙄🙄🙄thestarnewsnetwork.com/2023/…

Sad how @WFAE’s “award winning” NPR “journalist” quickly—literally the 2nd paragraph—distracts his audience w/ non-sequiter data, comparing the 1,400 to our 8 mil voters but FAILED to mention the statewide NC election in 2020, decided by 403 votes. wfae.org/race-equity/2026-10…

Vote theft isn’t a new thing…
I 100% believe this was one of the first occurrences of election fraud in Arizona in 2010. Andy was hugely winning all evening for AG, then mysteriously, at 1 am, RINO Tom Horney pulled ahead. No one ever believes he actually won and he has proven since to continue being one of the worst RINOs Arizona has ever had.

The United States Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor, Stephen Miller: “The reason why those Americans in North Carolina, those mothers, those fathers, those precious little children, were left to die begging their government for help that never came is because the Democrats turned FEMA into an illegal alien resettlement agency.” Meaning: The Democrats said FEMA had NO money and left fathers to die in Maui. The Democrats said FEMA had NO money and left mothers to die in East Palestine, Ohio. The Democrats said FEMA had NO money and left children to die in North Carolina. BUT FEMA had an extra $1 BILLION to spend on illegals, including Social Security, Medicaid, SNAP, and voter registration. And, as a bonus, they complain that Elon Musk is now a trillionaire.

A great idea! A 'Book of Traitors' also needs to be compiled by each nation, so that future generations will know who betrayed their respective countries. The accursed traitors deserve to be besmirched with an indelible stain transgenerationally & even into perpetuity. #Treason

📕 NEW AI TRAILER: Unelected drops October 13. The last two weeks wrote this trailer for me. I launched the DSA Explorer.... then the establishment spent a week flaming me, and the Grayzone, the dissident right, and actual communists all took their shot at me. In early 2025, I helped some DOGE staffers trace where USAID money went, then spent the year figuring out what I'd walked into. It became a book: Unelected, co-written with @JoshuaLisec, out October from @PassagePress. • If you review books and have an audience, will send you a copy: [email protected]. • If you host a show and want me or Joshua on, reach us at [email protected] and/or [email protected]. For those who've already preordered: thank you so much. Your pre-orders are why Passage Press can get this out nationwide instead of submitting to the institutional censorship of the traditional publishing industry.
