Bowen’s first goal would have been a 7 minute VAR check to see if the defender deliberately played it back. Then if not deliberate, to see if Pablo got a touch. VAR would then have disallowed it for unclear reasons. Instead the ref gave it and people celebrated. Revolutionary.
Chrome Waves & A-F-R-O present Chrome Sweet Chrome.
Raw. Sample-heavy. Pure boom bap.
Available now on CD, cassette, MiniDisc & lossless digital via Bandcamp.

If a man expresses anger, he’s toxic.
If a man expresses fear, he’s a coward.
If a man expresses sadness, he’s weak.
If a man sets boundaries, he’s insecure.
If a man has standards, he’s a misogynist.
If a man expresses emotions, he’s a simp.
If a man shows no emotion, he’s heartless.
In the end you can’t win so do what is right by you, your family, and God. Nothing else matters.

Really poor performance …
3 at the back when you’ve got to win ?
Nuno’s at fault for this!
Too many players not good enough ….
Championship here we come !!!
Total clear out needed from top to bottom….
I feel really sorry for our magnificent fans …

🙏 From this little guy to the best Czech scorer in the Premier League
Life has a way of delivering even the most surreal stories, and I am deeply honored to live mine. Huge thanks to everyone who helped me on the bumpy, yet exciting journey. Can't even describe how grateful I feel for what I've achieved. I am proud of my roots, and I’ll always give everything to make people in Czechia proud and happy.
☺️ To mark the occasion of breaking the Czech goalscoring record, I’m also excited to announce that my book will soon be available in English!
Stay tuned, 𝐒𝐔𝐊 ❤️⚒️🤍

250 games for West Ham United ⚒️
What a journey it’s been! Playing 250 matches for this incredible club is something I could only dream of when I first arrived. It is an absolute honour to wear this shirt and give everything for these colours every single game.
A huge thank you to all the fans for your constant support. You are truly amazing and make this club so special.
Thank you to all my teammates and coaches for pushing me every day and sharing this journey together. It means so much to be part of this group.
To my family, my everything, thank you for always being by my side through every moment, good and bad. None of this would be possible without you ❤️
And finally, big congratulations to my brother Jarrod Bowen. We came here on the same day and now we have both reached 250 together. What a journey it has been, mate! 🙌
Here’s to many more memories in claret and blue 💪⚒️
