Broke my fast today after 7 and over half a days. Or over 180 hours.
On session 1, not bad 15000kcal deficit. Which can be around 4lb in weightloss.
Session 2 starts Sunday night at 11pm. Back in the swing of it.
Im doing it because of health issues, and I've not done fasting properly this year, conditions were not right.
So ill now be fasting all the way to March for my next birthday. Hopefully healthier and slimmer by then.
