Recharge Telford is a free and confidential service based in Brookside offering young people aged 12-21 a safe place to talk confidentially about issues around substance use living with a family member in addiction + other things that have become unmanageable and problematic
Meet Steve, a truly inspiring Volunteer Mentor who has experience of living with addiction. He started volunteering with Recharge Telford in May 2022 as a mentor for young people.

"When l retired from social services I found that l had time on my hands and was missing the interaction with other people. After making some enquiries l was introduced to Healthy Lifestyles Team, I was asked if I would like to help on Betty vaccination bus
