From “Unknown” to Trusted Collab Manager — The Real Blueprint
Let’s be real — becoming a solid Collab Manager in Web3 isn’t luck. It’s strategy + patience + people skills.
🧵
Here’s the simple but powerful path:
✔️ Start by making friends: Not just connections. Actual friendships. Get active in Web3 communities, help out, and be someone people enjoy working with. This is your foundation.
✔️ Offer value first: Take on small roles like helping gather WL spots or managing community tasks. These early roles build trust and give you real experience to show off later.
✔️ Get used to rejection: Most founders want someone “experienced.” Don’t let that stop you. Apply anyway. You’ll hear “no” a lot — but one “yes” can change everything.
✔️ Track everything: Every person you meet, every collab you manage — write it down. Build a contact list with names and roles. This becomes your biggest asset over time.
✔️ Negotiate smart: As a beginner, you might start with post-mint pay (risky but useful for building your rep). Once you have proof of work, ask for upfront or weekly pay based on results.
✔️ Go the extra mile: Don’t just do the job — do it well. Make your founders’ lives easier. Bring collabs, share updates, and be reliable. That’s how referrals happen.
✔️ Stay humble: Don’t forget the people who helped you rise. Be kind to those just starting. The space moves fast — today’s beginner could be tomorrow’s founder.
I started with no network, no experience, just vibes and effort. Now I’ve managed multiple projects, built lasting connections, and learned that consistency wins more than talent alone.
Keep grinding. You’ll get there too.

People crying because they missed $KIMCHI - it did a 760x after my call on telegram
Are you seriously fading me?
I publicly called $KIMCHI here at 58k MC
I begged you all to buy and hold none of you listen
Join my tg now t.me/scarlett_cabals
I CALLED $KIMCHI BEFORE THE CROWD CAUGHT ON. 👀🔥
$KIMCHI went from a $58K MCAP to $35M — a reported 614x run. 🤯🚀
Some of you faded the call. Others caught the move.
Remember who spotted it early. 🫵
And no, I’m not done yet…
THE NEXT RUNNER IS LOADING. 👀💎
Follow me and turn on notifications so you don’t miss the next update. 🔔

Yeah, memecoins are so back.
Today I made $209K off $KIMCHI.
Solana trenches are heating up, and the people who are quick to catch opportunities are the ones who will prevail at the end of the day.
And I’m one of them.
Want to break into Web3 but don't know where to find opportunities?
Stop waiting for job vacancies to appear on your timeline.
Here are 5 practical ways to find Web3 opportunities and exactly how to use them
🧵
1. Find projects before they start hiring
Go on X and search:
→ "launching soon" crypto
→ "introducing our protocol"
→ "hiring community manager" Web3
1. Launch signals (search on X, sort by Latest)
→ "mainnet soon"
→ "testnet live"
→ "waitlist open"
→ "mint date TBA"
→ "launching in October" / "launching in November"
→ "closed beta"
→ "first 1000"
→ "early access"
2. Money signals (budget exists)
→ "raised" + "seed"
→ "pre-seed" + "Web3"
→ "backed by"
→ "grant" + "ecosystem"
→ "hackathon winner"
→ "accelerator" + "cohort"
→ "strategic round"
3. Gap signals (nobody owns growth)
→ "no community yet"
→ "Telegram coming soon"
→ "Discord soon"
→ "DMs open"
→ "building in public"
→ "need a mod"
→ "who handles"
4. Hiring-adjacent (earliest hiring hints)
→ "looking for ambassadors"
→ "KOL program"
→ "partnerships" + "open to collabs"
→ "growth lead" (founder asking for referrals, not a formal post)
→ "ecosystem manager"
5. Power search tricks on X
→ Add since:2026-10-14 to see only the last week.
→ Add min_faves:5 to skip dead posts.
→ Add -filter:replies to see original posts only.
→ Add filter:links to catch sites and waitlists.
Example string:
→ "waitlist" "testnet" since:2026-10-14 -filter:replies min_faves:5
Pick a project that recently launched or is preparing to launch.
Check its website, team, community and recent announcements.
Look for a genuine need you can help solve.
2. Find paid tasks instead of chasing full-time jobs
Visit @SuperteamEarn.
Browse available bounties and filter for your skills.
For example, if you're a content writer, look for writing tasks. If you're a designer, search for design bounties.
Read the requirements, deadline and payment terms before applying.
Start with tasks you can realistically deliver.
3. Look for projects showing signs of growth
Find projects announcing new products, partnerships, funding or ecosystem expansion.
For example, a protocol preparing for a major launch may need educational content, community support or partnership outreach.
Don't assume they are hiring.
Research the team and identify a specific problem you could help solve.
4. Stop sending founders generic DMs
Let's say you find a project whose product is difficult for beginners to understand.
Instead of messaging:
"Hey, I'm looking for a job. Do you have any opportunities?"
Try this:
"Hey [Name], I've been looking into [Project] and noticed there's an opportunity to make the product easier for new users to understand.
I drafted 3 content ideas that could help explain its core features.
Here's a sample: [link]
Would you be open to discussing how I could contribute?"
Only use this approach when your observation is genuine and you've actually created the sample.
5. Build proof before someone asks for it
No experience? Create your own sample project.
For example, if you want to become a community manager:
→ Choose a real Web3 project.
→ Review its community and public communications.
→ Create a 7-day community engagement plan.
→ Include 3 sample announcements and 2 engagement activities.
→ Put everything into a clean document.
Now, instead of merely claiming you have the skills, you have something to show.
YOUR TASK TODAY:
Find 5 Web3 projects.
Research each one, identify a possible problem you can solve, and create a simple spreadsheet to track the project, contact person, opportunity and next step.
Then choose your strongest prospect and prepare one personalized approach.
Don't spam 100 founders.
Start with 5 well-researched projects and do the work properly.
Your first Web3 opportunity may start with showing someone what you can do, not waiting for a vacancy.

𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬: by the time everyone starts talking about the opportunity, the companies building the infrastructure may already be far ahead.
That is what makes the photonics trade interesting.
AI is creating a massive demand for computing power, but moving data between chips is becoming a challenge of its own. Copper has physical limitations, and optical technology offers a way to move data using light instead.
But the opportunity goes beyond simply finding a company with “photonics” in its name.
You have to understand the supply chain: who makes the critical components, who controls the materials, where manufacturing capacity is concentrated, and which companies are already securing demand years ahead.
That is also why being early is not just about discovering an unfamiliar ticker. A lesser-known company is not automatically a better opportunity than an established player already supplying the market.
The real edge comes from understanding where the bottlenecks are and who is positioned to solve them.
The AI infrastructure trade has several layers, and the companies building those layers won’t necessarily move at the same pace.
Sometimes, understanding the business matters more than being first to the narrative.
500k people follow Ki Young Ju's charts. Here’s how he actually reads them.
@ki_young_ju, founder of @cryptoquant_com , for Blockchain 100. Key takeaways:
1. A chart tells you what, never why
He left technical analysis because the price can’t explain itself, and real alpha is seeing what drives a decision before it reaches the chart.
2. Imagine seeing every bank transaction in the world
That’s how he described on-chain data to me. All of it is public, and reading it is the hard part.
3. Manipulation has a signature
A large deposit from a founder or market maker, then a price spike as they sell into it, and the price never recovers from there.
4. He grades analysts on three things
Whether they admit being wrong, whether they bring evidence, and what he calls a clown score, meaning attention-seeking posts versus actual insight.
5. A wrong call isn’t wrong data
He called the cycle over in 2025 and said so publicly when it didn’t play out, because the read can be wrong while the data still holds.
6. His next model reads words, not wallets
An LLM scores what top analysts are posting, so instead of only seeing what money did, you see what people believe.
7. He barely trades
Mostly hedges, and his own approach is spot and DCA, because that’s the best odds if you’re not calculating them yourself.
8. Have principles
Decide yours, live by them.

I think we are in the worst era of design and nobody wants to say it.
Most AI flyers have the same glossy gradient and a logo thats slightly off and type that looks right until you actually read it.
So @anurahk and her team built Vyb to kill that look and yeah its AI too.
It starts from your real logo, fonts and exact colors, and your product photos stay untouched. then it builds the design in layers so you can edit just the headline. Still private beta

I launched the first image and video generation models at Google, and kept asking why all AI designs look the same.
AI has brought us the WORST era of design.
It made content creation effortless, but it also made 90% of it look painfully generic.
My co-founder and I spent 2 years building in stealth to change that.
Meet Vyb, the first AI design model that understands your taste like a designer would.
RT + comment your website URL and we’ll make your first design.

I used to think buying U.S. stocks meant opening a separate brokerage account.
With BingX Stocks Trading, eligible users can buy supported U.S. stocks and ETFs using USDT or USDC.
Fractional shares starting from 5 USDC also make it possible to start small instead of buying a full share.
Just remember to check the spread, understand the company.and review the order details before buying.

If you’ve spent any time in Bitcoin lately, you already know the pattern 𝑶𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒔 & 𝑹𝒖𝒏𝒆𝒔 brought real activity on-chain, but issuing and trading new assets still feels clunky compared to the Ethereum or Solana experience.
RGB is the protocol designed to fix a big part of that, it lets you issue and transfer assets on Bitcoin with client-side validation, so the assets stay Bitcoin-native without the usual custody or bridging trade-offs.
@RGBHorse is positioning itself as the first proper launchpad and swap layer built specifically for RGB assets.
The idea is simple, you should be able to create, launch, and trade RGB tokens in one place, with the speed and experience people expect from modern platforms, while everything stays verifiable on Bitcoin.
They’re not just talking about it, the Genesis campaign is already live and they’ve been onboarding people ahead of the full platform launch.

✓DarkHorse Knight (open to anyone).
✓Horseshoes which are the campaign points.
✓DarkHorse has said they intend to allocate up to 6% of the total future platform token supply.
✓They also launched one of the biggest mining campaigns in the Bitcoin ecosystem. If your wallet currently holds BTC, or has previously held inscriptions, Runes, or certain BRC-20 tokens, you can mine Horseshoes.
RGB has been in development for years, with Tether-backed UTEXO expected to bring USDT onto Bitcoin via RGB, liquidity could start moving in a more serious way.
DarkHorse is trying to be the place where people actually launch and trade those assets instead of just talking about them.
They’re aiming to bring 100,000 users into the RGB ecosystem through this campaign.
Knight numbers have already climbed well into the tens of thousands.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧
Go to the Genesis site, connect with X, finish the tasks, and you’ll get Knight status + the initial Horseshoes.
After that you can bind a Bitcoin address, start mining if you qualify, and share your link if you want the extra referral Horseshoes.
