Great investigative work by @ericfan_journo shining a light on the scam that is the H-1B visa program.
While Indian IT outsourcing/staffing firms are indeed gaming the H-1B lottery, it’s important to note that even the U.S. employers (Intel, Meta, Google, etc.) are exploiting the system to get cheap indentured labor.
