The shell company can also be used to funnel money into India : Fiesta Labs Inc. wires USD to an Indian individual -> the transfer is classified under "software development, marketing, consulting" as per RBI guidelines -> the Indian bank issues a FIRC and then taxes are paid

An Indian buys for Tokens in Rupees via UPI -> 18% GST applies -> TagMango converts the INR to USD and remits the funds to Fiesta Labs inc. in the US , which falls under software export revenue under current RBI guidelines. This is a very simple scheme to offshore INR as USD

What about India? Neither of the companies are registered in india , either. However there is a 3rd party company that is handling payments in India called "TagMango Private Limited" , owned by Divyanshu Damani and Mohammad Hasan. Damani is a co-owner of Rathees company Ai-Fiesta
