DO YOU ACCEPT THIS MISSION, WILLIAM? A very special mission has been given to young William… and it’s a big one! 🇬🇧✈️🇺🇸 THE MISSION: Take The @VisitTheNeedles & Isle of Wight Fire Service patch all the way to New York City and swap patches with some of the incredible heroes of the FDNY. 🚒 The aim? To get a little piece of The Needles and the Isle of Wight proudly represented in fire stations across New York! ❤️ Well… these photos have just landed with me and we can officially confirm: ✅ MISSION ONE IS COMPLETE! William has made his first swap with FDNY Engine 8, Ladder 2, Battalion 8. 🚒🇺🇸 There is something VERY special about this particular firehouse… 👻 It’s the famous firehouse featured in GHOSTBUSTERS! So not only has William completed the first part of his New York mission, he’s proved one thing beyond doubt… William ain’t afraid of no ghosts! 👻😂 What an absolutely brilliant adventure, we can’t wait to see where The Needles & Isle of Wight patch turns up next. 🚒 🇬🇧 🤝 🇺🇸 🚒 Who you gonna call? 👻 GHOSTBUSTERS… AND WILLIAM! 👻 Good luck with the rest of the mission, William New York awaits! 🗽❤️ @VisitIOW @thismorning @GMB @nypost @islandecho @itvnews @BBCNews @itvmeridian @piersmorgan @TomCruise #isleofwight #theneedles #newyork #heroes #firebrigade #ghostbusters
