Thursday, October 15 โ Wednesday, October 28, 2026 (2 weeks, KST)
โป 100 sets per location per day : 50 KARINA & WINTER sets and 50 RIIZE sets, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
โป The event may end early if supplies run out.
How to Participate
1. Visit one of the four Seoul Tourist Information Centers or two Seoul My Soul Shops
2. Subscribe to Visit Seoul on YouTube (@VisitSeoulTV) and follow us on Instagram (@visitseoul_official)
3. Once verified by the on-site staff, get a KARINA & WINTER or RIIZE goods set!

- This event is open only to those who visit the event locations in person.
- For everyoneโs safety, overnight queuing is not permitted. Lining up from the night before the event or saving spots in advance will not be recognized as a place in line.
- Please note that you are responsible for any accidents resulting from failure to follow on-site instructions and safety guidelines.
- To receive the goods, subscribe to Visit Seoul on YouTube and follow @visitseoul_official on Instagram, then show the โsubscription and follow confirmation screenโ to the on-site staff.
- Each person may receive the goods only once and may choose one goods set from either KARINA & WINTER or RIIZE.
- Multiple entries and multiple redemptions are not permitted. Even if the same person visits multiple event locations, they may not receive the goods more than once.
- Participation may be restricted if the use of another personโs account or verification screen, falsified screenshots, or any other improper method is identified.
- Limited to 100 goods sets per location per day: 50 KARINA & WINTER sets and 50 RIIZE sets, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the dayโs stock runs out, the event at that location will end for the day.
- Once the total supply runs out, the event may end early without separate notice, even during the event period. Stock availability and depletion times may vary by location.
- Depending on stock availability at each location, your choice between KARINA & WINTER and RIIZE goods may be limited, or one version may run out before the other.
- Please check the contents and condition of your goods on-site when you receive them. Exchanges or replacements may not be possible for loss or damage occurring after you leave the location.
- In cases of clear manufacturing defects or missing components, exchanges are possible only while on-site stock lasts.
- The actual colors and specifications of the goods may differ slightly from the images previously released due to the production process.
- The goods in this event are not for sale, and resale or use for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Participation may be restricted if improper conduct, such as having someone queue on your behalf or allowing someone else to participate in your name, is identified.
- Depending on how busy each location is, there may be a wait, or separate queuing and entry guidance may be in place. Please follow the instructions of our on-site staff so the event can run safely and smoothly.
- Participation is only possible during each location's opening hours. Opening hours and days of closure vary by location, so please check before visiting.
- Some event locations and schedules may change, or the event may end early, due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or changes in venue operations.
- By taking part in this event, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
