Backpack is @solana's brokerage.
3 months after launching its first tokenized stock, Backpack Securities is now one of the top RWA issuers on @solana by trading volume.
From $SPCX to 41 tokenized assets and $7.8B in cumulative volume.
The inflection point: July 10, when @Backpack launched the first 24/7 brokerage for real US equities - direct TradFi brokerage access connected with 1:1 redeemable onchain liquidity - volume jumped by $4.7B.
The future of tokenized assets on Solana is bright.

ORE buybacks just got smarter. Introducing the ORE Reserve.
ORE mining generates protocol revenue that funds ORE buybacks. The Reserve will use a portion of that revenue to place buy-side liquidity below the current market price.
Initially, 1% of protocol revenue will be allocated across multiple price ranges below spot. The remaining 99% will continue through the existing buyback mechanics.
This allows the protocol to buy more ORE with the same amount of capital when prices fall.
ORE acquired by the Reserve follows the existing buyback flow:
90% buried.
10% distributed to stakers.
When price rises, new liquidity is added below spot. When price falls into the Reserve's liquidity ranges, that liquidity is used to buy ORE.
Track the ORE Reserve, liquidity positions, and price ranges in real time:

This is Zcash Founder btw Zooko Wilcox-O'Hearn
Satoshi Nakamoto literally cites Zooko's blog on decentrailzed money on Bitcoin's first webpage
Satoshi was looking for a way of zero-knowledge-proofs and this is exactly what zcash:native solves!

Alright @world_xyz it’s almost Go Time. I got my follow from you now we are ready!
"Zcash was the first and largest production version of zero knowledge proofs, which Satoshi talks about early on, if something like ZK could be put into production, that would be a massive feature improvement to Bitcoin"
Now you understand why zcash:native is so important to crypto.

first time i ever bought crypto bitcoin was like $3,000, it was trading at $20,000 a few months later, it’s in the cards something similar happens with zcash over the next 12-18 months
thesis of hard money + private sov has never been stronger, & there is a very strong core holder base formed over the past decade that does not have any short term targets for selling this thing

What might get lost in this announcement is something super simple but super exciting:
- You can now borrow (and withdraw) USD against your stocks on @Backpack.
We're starting with MU and SNDK as collateral, but we'll be rapidly expanding collateral to every stock in the brokerage alongside the associated perpetual.
Stocks as collateral.
Stocks as perpetual futures.
Stocks as, well, stocks.
You can now:
▸ Use real equities as collateral across Backpack's unified, cross-asset portfolio margin for stocks, crypto, and other instruments in a single account.
▸ Trade 24/7 perpetual futures on stocks and ETFs.
▸ Borrow USD, trade futures, or use spot on margin against your stock holdings.
Today, we're starting with $MU, $SNDK, $SPY & $QQQ perps and Micron and SanDisk shares as collateral, with more coming soon.
