Thank you! It was fun to work with you, and you were very calm during the pandemic!
Thank you @VirusProfSings for your dedicated service to @AmerSocVirol. You made my term as President so sweet, and we were deep in the COVID-19 pandemic at that time. All the best to you! 🫂

Before #ASV2023 started, the @AmerSocVirol Office saw key sites in Athens. #TheTreeThatOwnsItself and #TheDoubleBarrelledCanon. #LoveVirology
Being in Athens for #ASV2023 #LoveVirology @AmerSocVirol, and as a former Athenian + fan of B-52s, I recommend this thread. I agree they should be in the @rockhall !
For the maybe-ending-soon #TwitterIsOverParty, I’ll shift from science tweets and stake out a spot on the following hill: @TheB52s are more awesome than mortal words can adequately capture. They absolutely belong in the @rockhall, and should be on the next list of nominees! 1/7
These will look great on your name badge holder. Remember to pack yours from last year if you were at #ASV2022. If you forget, we’ll have one for you! #LoveVirology
Ready for #ASV2023? Starting Sunday, visit the ASV table and you could win one of these!
In less than two weeks you’ll be packing your 2022 name badge holder for the trip to Athens!

Happy Birthday to us! ASV was founded in 1981 by virologists with vision. 22 years later we are a vibrant society and eagerly looking forward to our 42nd annual meeting June 24-28 in Athens, Georgia! #ASV2023

Attending ASV? Do you already have a badge holder from a previous ASV meeting? The search starts now--dig it out and reuse it this year!
Groome has just added more shuttle spaces (at least 48 so far) and will be monitoring and add more as needed. Pickups will still be at from various places in Athens relevant for #ASV2023
Hey @AmerSocVirol there are no more shuttles available for return to the Atlanta airport from Athens on 6/28. Can you organize a bus to the airport after the morning symposium?
#ASV2023 😀
