The fun starts when someone sets a lap time and then watches a colleague beat it by two tenths on the live leaderboard. October is a great time to book your Christmas party entertainment and guarantee your date before it's gone. 01327 856155.
Every rig we hire can carry your branding, from seat-back decals to full wraps to custom liveries in the game itself. Clients have included Mercedes AMG Petronas F1, Peugeot, Nissan, Jaguar, Venatus and BP. Wraps need artwork lead time, so ask when you book.
Booking Christmas party entertainment is mostly a logistics job. Our new guide covers the venue checks that quietly decide everything, and the six questions worth asking any supplier before you commit. virtuallyentertained.com/pos…
Thirty seconds on the clock, hit as many lights as you can. The Batak reaction board is the reaction test F1 drivers train on, and it's the best add-on we hire. No queue, no learning curve, nothing to explain. Pair it with the sims and you've got two leaderboards running.
How many simulators does a Christmas party need? Usually fewer than you'd think. Guests drift over in ones and twos all evening, so a handful keeps a hundred people busy. If the racing's the main event, plan one sim per three or four guests. 8 to 10 drivers per sim per hour.
Our team comes with the kit on every hire. We deliver, build, run the racing, keep the leaderboard live and pack down at the end. We've never done drop and go, because kit left in a corner never gets a whole room involved. It's in every quote and can't be removed.
Organising the work Christmas party is a thankless job, so we've written an honest guide to entertainment that gets the whole room involved. One big shared activity beats a dozen small ones. virtuallyentertained.com/pos…
What does a racing simulator need from your venue? About 1.61m by 0.6m of floor, 1.42m of height and one standard 13A socket. No three phase, no generator, no special flooring. Setup takes around two hours. Send us your floor plan and we'll tell you what fits.
Christmas party season's already started for the people organising it. The best December dates go to the companies who book in September. F1 and GT simulators, one live leaderboard, our events team running the whole thing. From £790 a day excluding VAT. 01327 856155.
