Something similar happened to me once. I was selling some clothes for 11.95, and the poor guy forgot the decimal. Thankfully, he put his discord info in properly, so I was able to contact and refund him.
Nerfing my favorite weapons was the reason I left as well. It was fun, but the balancing team is terrible!
