Ridiculous policy from @SuperdryUK to not allow refunds or replacements in franchise stores without a receipt. How is a customer supposed to know the difference?! I have bank statement. They get the product back. What's the issue?!

Terrible customer service from @thetrainline claiming I've scanned tickets at times I wasn't there - and even at a time in the future - and then quoting different times on a later email. On finally agreeing to refund, they now want £10 admin fee! Think I'll book direct next time.
