I just rescued a toad in the road. It was going to get run over so I did my best lolly pop lady impression, picked him up and helped him on his way safely.
Here's my concern. Did picking him up and the oil/ acid in my skin injury him in any way. I heard years ago our skin is harmful to them? Old wives tail @Chrisgpackham ?
Just heard that Michael Palin has unfortunately had to cancel his tour.
I've heard he's fallen over in the bathroom and broken some ribs and fractured his pelvis. I really hope he recovers quickly, and we'll see him in the future.
Get well soon Michael.

As I do, I've just got to double-check with you guys to make sure I'm putting everything in there that you want.
Please let me know if you have any ideas or any likes or dislikes in an astronomy app or website, and I'll put them in or take them out.

The Northern lights near Whissendine in Rutland this evening. Very odd being exactly 2 years since the last big display in October 2024. #aurora #northernlights #rutland

Gorgeous aurora visible in Northumberland during this ongoing solar storm. Catch this current show, as views will likely dim soon for a little while. Likely more aurora is coming though because this is a very complex set of storms passing over us. Thanks for reporting!
