Chart shows the comparative wine marketing results associated with text marketing and email marketing in the U.S. wine industry. In 2022, SMS messages were opened 4.3 times more than email messages. SMS messages were click 7.4 times more often than email messages. As a result, wine marketers using text messaging enjoyed 32-times more customer engagement when they used SMS instead of email.
