Rettslig sett er det ingen tvil om at staten kan bryte avtalen, men hvilke institusjoner vil i fremtiden inngå denne typen avtaler? Vi tar ikke bare imot midler, men ansetter mennesker for disse midlene med kontrakter som strekker seg lenger enn de årlige budsjettvedtakene.
Regjeringen er svært tilfreds med satsingen på klart juridisk språk, men bryter likevel avtalen om satsingen. Det opprører dekanene Hennum (@JUSiOslo), @VigKarl (@uibjus) og Helland (@UniOsloHF). khrono.no/vi-trenger-mer-kla…
Mye å si om karakterer, og ikke minst karakterpresset som mange jusstudenter opplever. Uansett: eventuelle forskjeller mellom institusjonene i karakterfordeling gjenspeiler ikke mulige kvalitetsforskjeller. Vi har ingen nasjonal prøve.
