Could this be the best @BSAMedsoc accommodation ever? It doesn't look like it but the bed is pretty much a double!!

We were delighted to launch the 'Ageing & You' exhibition at @HaymarketLeics last week!
Our photographers shared their incredible stories with the @Leicester_News City & Lord Mayor.
The exhibition is now open to the public until 10 August 2024. ⤵️📸

I had some helpers today at the @FrailtyEthncity exhibition. My daughter and her friend, showing a contrast in flexibility between young and old!
The @FrailtyEthncity exhibition visitor book is filling up fast today. It's been lovely to chat with everyone. A guy in his 70s told me he was out until 1am partying yesterday and another in his 80s told me he has a 19 yr old girlfriend.

Really insightful exhibition! What struck me most was how the themes of faith/religion are universal across cultures. Highly recommend to anyone interested in #Photovoice and/or the relationship between #Frailty and #Ethnicity @VictoriaCluley @FrailtyEthncity @UoNSociology
The @FrailtyEthncity study exhibition opening was a great success. It was so nice to catch up with participants and celebrate their generous contributions to the study. The exhibition is on until 8th. I'll be there tomorrow and Saturday. If you are in Leicester pop in and say hi.
Stopped off at the Loughborough University pool for a swim on my way home from the @FrailtyEthncity exhibition. Had a 50m lane to myself and swam 1.5k. Was perfect.
The @FrailtyEthncity study exhibition is officially open to the public. I'll be here until 2.30pm. It's nice and cool in here at the Haymarket shopping centre so if you are in Leicester and want a break from the sunshine come and have a looksee.

My dog is basically my shadow. Today I am working at the garden table and so of course she is under the table.
I've just carried these participant quotes back from the print room like a box of treasure. So looking forward to our @FrailtyEthncity study exhibition!
It's just two weeks until the opening of our @FrailtyEthncity study exhibition. There will be 50+ photos, all taken by older people living in Leicester. Every photo tells a different story. If you find yourself in Leicester between 1st-8th August come and take a look.
Walking home from some late night photocopying at the Sutton Bonington campus library and spotted a newly painted pride bench. Love it.
Congratulations @LEBridgstock It was a pleasure to read your thesis and lovely to be able to have such a good chat about it.
I have passed my viva today with minor corrections! Thank you to my examiners Drs Spencer Hazel & @VictoriaCluley for giving me the chance to talk so much about my thesis and to my supervisors Profs @AlisonPilnick, Sarah Goldberg & @RowanHarwood for being wonderfully supportive.
If you made a blackout poem at our @SHI_Foundation Beyond Positionality workshop yesterday and you are happy to share, we would love to read them. Feel free to share here or DM me. This is mine taken from a rather dry methods section in a recent paper.
