🚨 Last call for 3-y/o Rocky Pebble, now under kill command. Just 15 lbs, Rocky's owner called police to remove him from his home after bit owner's leg. Been w/ owner since a puppy. When police asked how the bite occurred, owner said he couldn't remember. At ACC Rocky earned 2nd best behavior rating, friendly w/ strangers, shy w/ kids.
