Something I’ve been thinking about lately.
It’s crazy how much trading can take over your life without you even realizing it.
You wake up thinking about the markets, spend hours looking at charts, and even when you’re done trading, your mind is still somewhere in the market.
And the funny thing is, you convince yourself that you’re doing all of this because you want freedom.
But what’s the point of working towards freedom if you can’t even enjoy a normal day without thinking about trading?
I’ve been trying to get better at this lately.
Trade my session, do my thing, and actually enjoy everything else life has to offer.
There’s so much more to life than a P&L.
