What a treat to end #VCDay2022! A special performance by Dr Graham Clarke in the @MtSVMelbourne Chapel. Dr Clarke played ‘Gloria in excelsis Deo’ on the baby grand piano, the same song research showed was played first on the reed organ featured in Geraldine Brault’s case study.

Next up is Geraldine Brault, @VicCollections Regional Digitisation Officer and Heritage Officer with @MtSVMelbourne, with a fascinating case study relating to the movement and history of a reed organ in the collection and how this helped a similar organ in Canada #VCDay2022

Annabelle is talking through the process of condition reporting collections, and breaking down some of the language commonly used. She used aiccm.org.au/ as a resource, and employed ALT text for condition images taken to improve access #VCDay2022
