I was very moved in a session yesterday with @ViCommunities where we added movements in response to 'I wandered lonely as a cloud' poem.
We were lonely clouds, shone like stars & danced with the daffodils.
Sometimes it feels impossible, but somehow it works.

Our live social groups mean that people living in #carehomes can meet others who share similar interests and try new experiences.
We also save staff time (as we prepare and run all the groups) so they can join in and get to know the people they support better.
