@Studydotcom Seems one of our disabled veterans has been trying desperately to gain an area that remains locked on the test program & after 3 weeks of submitting trouble tickets has only received the “we have escalated this issue” while his test is in 4 or 5 days!

2- This veteran has been a paid subscriber for over 14 months & completed all requirements & still cannot gain access to a section of his paid test course. At this point it seems to be deliberately delayed & will not have time to gain whatever information is there before test.
