How does that sound?
Want a business that serves more people, makes a bigger impact, and generates a sustainable online revenue?
DM for details of how joining my Mastermind will makes this your new reality.
One day soon, you’ll look back on your decision to join as being the moment the trajectory of your business took its first upward turn!
It makes no difference whether you have 20 people in your audience or 20 million…
There is only ONE person reading your words on their screen.
Don’t say, “you all”, or “some of you”.
Say, “you”.
Do you scroll your social media feeds wishing you could post as often as the leaders you follow, but you struggle to consistently come up with content ideas?
Does your mind go blank if you try to initiate a conversation, write something from scratch, or come up with an idea from nothing, yet when someone else speaks or you read/watch/hear something, suddenly you have lots to say?
Have you ever replied to a post, email or a person’s question and the words seemed to just pour out of you, surprising you with how long your response turned out to be?
If you answered yes, you are probably wired to comes up with your best ideas and most magnetic marketing, ‘in response’.
(If you’re into Human Design, you’re probably a Generator or Manifesting Generator?)
What you may not realise is that being wired to respond is a marketing ADVANTAGE!
That’s because, no matter what happens with the algorithm or how far social media reach declines, your newsfeed will NEVER be empty!
There will ALWAYS be posts.
Where there are posts, there are ‘intimate networking events’.
When you engage with the post, you are networking with the content creator.
When you comment, you are networking with their MOST ENGAGED audience.
When you respond EFFECTIVELY you will stand out from the crowd of meh comments.
When you effectively engage your IDEAL CLIENTS (who are usually only silently reading and NOT commenting) will be connecting, contacting and hiring you!
Effective engagement has the potential for viral visibility, be shown first (algo endorsement) and you will stand out to the right people in the right way.
There’s one more BIG benefit too.
When you engage EFFECTIVELY you will be showing up authoritatively to their audience.
When you reuse that comment as content for your own audience you will be EFFORTLESSLY producing your most magnetic content that excites your readers, so your engagement ANd results will improve.
Plus, you’ll become the consistent content publisher upu wished you could be, and it’ll feel so EASY!
Most people waste their opportunities by either not engaging or writing mediocre replies.
Most people are scrolling aimlessly, telling themselves getting clients is impossible right now except for eyehole you are [other people].
If I was told I could only teach the one skill from my zone of genius that I believed would have the biggest impact on your business, it would be how to write compelling commebts that brings you enquiries consistently and creates magnetic marketing content.
That’s what I teach when you choose to work with me.
There’s no point in you creating a sizzling lead magnet if you’re not consistently showing up in front of your ideal clients to generate leads.
My goal for you is that you go away with a digital product your ideal clients want and the ability and strategy> to attract new subscribers every day from anywhere online, with your winning words.
We start when you are ready.
When I was in debt and trying to avoid Bankruptcy, I used to worry how on earth I could increase the amount of income I was making on top of my full-time job.
At one point, I took an evening job doing data input at Lloyds Registrars, working from 6pm to 10pm 3 nights a week inputting shares data into their system.
I’d leave home at 6.30am to catch the bus to work for 8am, work until 4, microwave a spag bol for dinner and back out to work again.
That lasted about three weeks before I was too exhausted to continue.
Pretty good going tbf.
I only managed 2 DAYS working in a hair salon! LOL!
If your revenue is generated through in-person work, you have the same issue I had.
You can’t sell more hours than there are in a day, even if you have the energy to work more than you do now.
Fortunately, you have a better option.
Leveraged online offers.
In an ideal world, you will have at least three tiers of leveraged offers:
Low-cost (less than £/$30) digital product bundle or course
Mid-range (£/$99+) program/course teaching your ideal buyer how to DIY the bigger solution you deliver.
Premium (at least £/$500) group program where they are personally supported to achieve the result quicker or better.
I also recommend to my clients that one or more of their tiers has some form of recurring revenue (e.g., a payment plan or subscription) so they can end the curse of starting every month at £0 revenue.

Online business owners be like…
Lying in bed in the middle of the day when society thinks we ‘should’ be working.
Also, fired up to create late at night when we should be asleep!
It’s fun though, isn’t it?!
Do you still use your Facebook page for organic posts?
I do.
I write natively here and then my content is reused on my other socials and email.
I also create 30 day batches of content every few months and that gets added to a bank of (currently 180 days of) posts which are cycled everywhere.
Old blog posts get repurposed as posts on my page, and stuff from my personal memories is sometimes published there.
Although the consensus is that Facebook page reach is rubbish, some of my page posts get more interaction than my best posts here.
Posts are scheduled daily on my page by my team and I actively post daily here, on average - some days it’s once, some 2-3x and others, none.
Writing on my Facebook profile and page and in email get the most leads and sales.
My Twitter engagement does best for viral visibility.
Don’t take this as strategy advice that you need to follow though.
Why?
Because…
✔️Writing is my ‘art’
✔️ Facebook is the platform I invest the most personal energy and networking time into as I like it here
✔️ Off the cuff banter on Twitter is for my own amusement
With the exception of email, these are not reliable sales sources.
Social media posts showcase your knowledge and build authority
Effectively engaging on other peoples posts/tweets creates authority, increases your reach and builds connections
Your short term goal with all of this should be audience/network growth and nurturing...
… for longer term, sustainable leads and sales.
You cannot rely on social media for this.
It’s vital you have your own database that grows every day, that you serve regularly and sell to often.
Thursday 17th October 2013.
That’s the day we moved into the bungalow and officially became islanders.
This year, for the first time, I’m not writing a post to commemorate that momentous day from the bungalow.
Instead, the shit thing that happened at the start of this year simultaneously accelerated the progression towards the second part of my 20-year island dream…
Living by the sea.
We live close enough to the beach now to smell the sea when we open the windows!
Oh boy, I LOVE that seaweedy smell.
But it’s not just any sea though…
It’s Sandown Bay… Yaverland.
The focal point of Yaverland is Culver Cliffs.
If you’ve ever seen me share the mid-distance view from the place I always went to ‘visit’ my dad, that’s Culver Cliffs.
A closer view is in the photo here…
In this pic, they’re the backdrop to another of my island loves… the scooter rally.
It’s not a permanent move - yet.
Although a few other magical things have happened since we moved here that might make the permanent piece possible.
Who knows.
What’s next for us isn’t ready to reveal itself, yet.
Today, I’m grateful for what’s now.
Happy 13th islander anniversary to us. ❤️🎉👑
Plan, communicate, promote, and sell your course, program or digital product.
AND THEN you create and deliver it.
Don’t make it until you know people want it.
However, what people say they will buy and what they do buy are often not the same.
You only know they want it when they have paid you for it.
FOR $ 50 IMAGINE IN UNDER 5 DAYS YOU’RE
GENERATING LEADS with FB & IG ADS…
Then it continues to grow your list every day,
on autopilot, for as little as $10/day!
Join the bootcamp starting on MONDAY

She thought I was full of 💩🤣but she underestimated me.
When we applied to rent the house we moved into 10 years ago today, I explained to the agent that we hadn’t sold our place yet so in the short-term we'd be paying for both homes.
The agent didn't believe we could afford it.
She didn't say she thought I was full of 💩 but insisted that we showed her a bank account with enough cleared funds to pay the deposit, full 6-month tenancy, and removal costs.
Not only that, she wanted 3 character references from people who have known us 3+ years.
All by 9am Monday morning.
It was 4pm on Friday.
She smirked, thinking she'd caught me out on my delusions.
I returned her smile...
"Sure. I'll get all that over to you first thing Monday", I replied confidently, while frantically trying to recall the balance of my PayPal account.
I'm also wracking my brain for who I can ask to write our character references over the weekend.
We got in the car to travel home, and I fired up PayPal.
£2,000 short of what we need. 😱
4 years before this, I was declared bankrupt so no credit cards.
If this move was to happen, it was up to me to generate an ADDITIONAL £2,000 over the weekend...
The agent was not going to win this one! Lol!
On Saturday and Sunday morning, I put together a compelling offer to work with me 1:1, capped to 5 people, and built a sales page
🕒 At 3.15pm on Sunday afternoon, I sent an email to my list...
Within minutes, my phone pinged with a PayPal notification.
The first sale.
Within 4 hours - and before I could get back on my computer to turn the sales page off, 7 sales!
Target = SMASHED!
Except… UH-OH...
We had forgotten about the character references. Argh!
I sent an email to the CEO of the entrepreneurs circle as he’d known me three years, asking him to write something for me and told him why.
"You'll have it within an hour."
Two more emails sent.
Two more references.
We’d done it!
At 7.30am on Monday morning, the rental agent received an email with a screen shot of my PayPal account with a balance that EXCEEDED what she asked for, along with the character references.
We'd done it!
What made this possible was three core elements:
📧 Firstly, having an EMAIL LIST to send the offer to.
📝 Secondly, knowing how to write an engaging story and compelling copy that clearly communicates the offer’s value to my ideal clients.
🤝 And the CONNECTION I’d built with my community on social media and emails.
📬 That meant my email was opened.
📖 The story held the attention of those who read it.
💼 And readers cared about us achieving our dream and trusted that the offer would be a great investment for them.
That’s why I am passionate about my Lists o’ Leads Bootcamp program.
Social media reach is declining and access is unpredictable.
The BIGGEST advantage social media platforms give you is the opportunity to rent their assets for free, to network with your audience and nurture relationships to build connection.
However, relying on social media for your sales is a risky game that could shut down your revenue flow any day now.
Lists o’ Leads Bootcamp is available now!.

Presenting live webinars can be a pretty scary prospect when you’re new to this method of delivery.
Aside from preparing the content and testing your sales funnel, you need to be au-fait with managing the technical aspects of the hosting dashboard too.
So with 101 things going on at once, most of which are likely new to you, you’ll be forgiven for focusing only on keeping abreast of the basics.
But in the many years that I’ve been hosting live webinars personally, I’ve learned a few things that I wish I’d known from the beginning.
So I’m sharing them here, so you can deliver the best webinar experiences you can, right from the off;
1️⃣ Don’t forget to hit the record button! ⏺️
If your webinar platform requires you to manually choose to record your webinar, make sure that you hit the record button before you start.
GoToWebinar is the industry leader in webinar software, and it’s the platform most experienced presenters use.
GoToWebinar require you to manually select to record your presentation.ade an offer to your attendees to buy or register for something during your webinar, you’ll want to make the replay available to your community for a few days following the live broadcast, to increase the number of sales you make.
Forget to hit the record button and you’ve either got to do it all again to yourself torecord it, or you lose out on the extra sales.
(I often make 75%+ of my total webinar sales from the replay!)
If you want to turn your live webinar into an evergreen webinar, that your community can continue to register for, and attend into the future, then you’ll need the recording to upload to the evergreen webinar software.
Oh, and while we’re in the dashboard, don’t forget to unmute your microphone before you start talking too.
Even the most seasoned webinar presenters have been known to forget that step!
2️⃣ Talk to your ideal client 💬
Presenting a webinar is an odd feeling – especially if you’ve been used to speaking to live audiences and seeing their non-verbal feedback.
When you’re presenting a webinar, it’s just you and your computer screen.
You know there are people there, but you can’t see or hear them, so it feels a bit like you’re talking to yourself.
So what I recommend is that you go to Google Images, and type in a few traits of your ideal client avatar, hit search, and choose a picture that looks like how you imagine your ideal client to look. 🖼️
Print the picture and pin it up where it will be directly in your eye line when you’re presenting.
As you talk, look at that picture and imagine you’re speaking to them.
You’ll find it easier to feel comfortable delivering your presentation, when you visualise the face in the picture as being in the room with you.
3️⃣ Anticipate zero interaction
Sometimes when you present a webinar, especially when you’re just getting started, you may only have a handful of attendees.
Even with a lot of attendees, they might be so immersed in your content, that they aren’t typing anything into the question box.
I’ve watched experienced presenters fall apart when the audience aren’t interacting with them, and they have no back-up plan.
So let’s make a back-up plan. 🔙
Prepare a list of about 10 questions that you’d like to be asked to overcome objections on your offer, or to add brevity to the content topics you’ve covered.
Have this list of Q&A next to you, and if you don’t get any or many questions from the attendees, you’ll have a bank of them available that you can pretend have been asked by attendees.
When people hear that others are asking questions, it often prompts them to do so too.
It also takes away all of the panic of trying to think of something off the cuff, or feeling like a Billy No Mates!
4️⃣ Imagine an audience of 100,000
Confession: I’ve recorded webinars in the past where Bill and I were the only attendees.
But had you have been there, you’d never have known because in my head I imagined that 100,000 people were in attendance and soaking up the amazing content I’m sharing.
In my head I was on stage at the O2 – yeah baby!
I’ve watched replays of webinars where the presenter has confided to me privately that only one person turned up, and as a listener it was so bloody obvious that the presenter was acutely aware of the lack of attendance that the experience they gave me, the attendee, was a total turn off.
Here’s the thing… nobody except you knows how many others are there (unless you’re using meeting software (like GoToMeeting!) that announces the numbers – don’t use meeting software!) and if you imagine that you have 100,000 viewers the energy behind your delivery will be magnetic to those listening to you.
People want to align themselves to popular people, so be that magnetic personality that everyone wants to hang out with, and you’ll have a winning webinar that your community will want to recommend to their friends – and you’ll make more sales.
On a scale of ‘50 half-baked digital product ideas gathering dust in your Notes app’ to ‘OMG excited when a celebrity coach buys the PDF product you created months ago because you’d love them to be your next premium client’… how effortlessly are your Stripe notifications pinging with new sales right now?
What if I told you that the gap between those two scenarios is a tried-and-tested, repeatable system you could implement in a few simple steps?
And what if I handed you that step-by-step sales system that’ll take you from idea income - one step at a time?
Plus the plug-and-play ChatGPT prompts to rapidly produce your ready-to-refine PDF draft - without the stress?
And… the proven PDF “Pre-Sale Paydays” Playbook that puts money in your bank before you pour your heart into creating your irresistible PDF product?
Well, guess what?
That’s exactly what you’re getting today.
My “PDF Paydays Kit” is on sale NOW.
This is the exact system I and my clients have used to plan and produce irresistible PDF products that turn strangers into buyers, build trust and authority, and quietly upgrade one-time customers into dream premium clients…
…and now you can steal the whole thing.
Comment PAYDF below and I’ll give you the pre-sale page 👇
Very soon, you’ll be opening your phone tomorrow to see Stripe notifications that rolled in while you were living your life!
If you cannot clearly communicate the value of your offer in your copy, you will be unable to give it away!
The Reality of Serving Our Clients Versus Selling Our Products and Services
Before you panic, I am not about to encourage you to stop charging for what you do, and start giving your time away for free.
Totally the opposite.
You see, as experts, it can be difficult in the early days to identify with getting paid for serving our clients when we do what we love to do, and would do anyway.
But then once worked through those limiting beliefs, you can easily move to the other end of the spectrum, and get comfortable with charging for the value you bring your clients, but forget that while you are earning the income you deserve, you are also making a big difference to the lives of the people you work with.
I’m as guilty of this as the next person.
Although I continually strive to add value to all of my clients through the programs I sell, speaking from stage, or working intensively with private clients.
I can sometimes forget just how much of an impact my expertise can have on someone who was previously stuck.
But this week I was reminded – twice – of why I do what I do, and this should also serve as a reminder for you.
It went back to when I launched my new program; the “Social Superstars University” after a month or more of working behind the scenes building websites, branding and writing sales copy.
During that time I got immersed in the detail of the program, and lost track on the impact this program would have on those who invest in it.
During the 4 days leading up to the launch, I completely lost sight of the outside world, getting totally caught up in the small details of launching a new program and hosting a webinar – and by the time the webinar came around on the Thursday evening, I couldn’t recognise anything beyond the Social Superstars University program being my new product.
Can you resonate with that?
You get so caught up in the detail of doing what you do, that you lose sight of the impact your work has on the people that you serve?
But after the webinar, I received lots of messages thanking me so much for the value I gave in the presentation, that they can already see will add value to their marketing.
And two attendees who had invested in the Social Superstars University messaged me to thank me for making this program available to them, as they had a dream that the program will help them achieve.
Let that sink in for a moment…
While you’re sitting back feeling grateful that your launch went well, or your new program was well received – and people have invested in it, your clients will be feeling gratitude towards you for stepping up to serve them.
So, next time you’re creating a new offer or program, and worry that people will think badly of you for sending too many offer emails, or promoting yourself a bit more often than usual online, reframe those thoughts.
What about all the people who are currently stuck, or have unrealised dreams that you and what you are offering can help them to achieve?
Worry more that if you fail to step up; shying away from promoting yourself and your offer, you’re also failing to enable your clients to step up by holding yourself back from serving the people who need you most.
And that’s unfair on you and them, isn’t it?!
Thirteen years ago today we made our dream move to the Isle of Wight.
Let me reshare my (Almost) Award-Winning Story of getting our dream house on the Isle of Wight …
My love affair with the Isle of Wight began in 1977.
My mum and dad took me on holiday to the island, staying in a hotel near the cliff walk in Shanklin.
As it turned out, that was our last ever family holiday.
My dad died very suddenly, three months later.
I was one month away from my 7th birthday.
A few months later, I joined a “Friday Club” at a local church.
It was ‘the ‘place to go on Friday evenings for kids my age.
Each August, they’d take a group of ‘Friday Clubbers’ to the Isle of Wight for a week’s adventure holiday.
One year, I went with them.
I was probably 9 or 10.
By some ‘happy accident’ (!!), the hostel we stayed in was only a few metres along the cliff path from the hotel I stayed with my mum and dad.
In-between the hotel and the hostel is a green area with benches.
That area was where I most felt the spirit of my dad.
In adulthood, I would holiday on the island each year, and top of my ‘must do’ list was to visit that green area to ‘see’ my dad.
I’d spend half the year looking forward to being on the island for a week, and the other half of the year aching to be back there after our annual trip.
It was my dream to live on the island.
I couldn’t see how it would be possible though.
It’s not somewhere you move to if you rely on permanent employment and a good salary, and both me and my husband did.
Fast-forward to 2013.
I’d built my business to a point where we could afford for my husband to quit his full-time job and join the business.
We were ‘location independent’.
Now, there was NO reason why we could not move to the Isle of Wight.
The annual trip to the island was only a few weeks away.
We decided that if we found the right house during that week, we’d move.
We found the right house.
My 20+ year dream was looking like it might actually be happening!
OMG!
Sitting at the desk of the rental agent, we explained that we still owned a place in Surrey, so for the short-term we’d be paying for both homes.
I could sense the agent didn’t believe we could afford it.
She didn’t say anything, but written all over her face was “yeah, whatever?!”
“Before I can submit your application, I’m going to need to see a bank statement with enough cleared funds to cover 6 months rent, your removal costs, and the deposit.
AND I need three written character references from people who have known you for 3+ years – by 9am on Monday morning.”
It’s 4pm on Friday.
She’s smirking.
She thinks she’s called me out.
I return her smile.
“Sure. I’ll get all that over to you first thing Monday”, I replied confidently while mentally calculating the balance of my PayPal account.
I think there’s enough in there but I’m not certain.
I’m also wracking my brain for who I can ask to write me a character reference over the weekend.
I check PayPal… the balance is short!
We jump in the car to travel home, and I fire up PayPal.
I’m £2,000 short of what we need.
4 years earlier, I was declared bankrupt so I had no credit cards to fall back on either.
For this move to happen, it’s up to me to generate an ADDITIONAL £2,000 over the weekend…
I’ve got to pull something out of the bag, if for no other reason than to wipe the smile off that agent’s face!
But how?
Saturday morning, I’m talking to a friend and telling her the story.
“What you need is a Jeff Walker tax promotion”.
A what?
As the story goes, many years ago, Jeff Walker (Product Launch Formula creator) received an unexpected tax bill.
He put together a ridiculously no-brainer offer, and told the story of why he was offering so much for so little.
Very quickly he had enough to cover the bill.
So I put together a no-brainer offer to work with me 1:1, capped to 5 people.
I built a sales page where I told the story I’m telling you now – and at 3.15pm on Sunday afternoon, I sent an email to my list…
And that’s when things got VERY interesting…
To distract ourselves, we headed out for the afternoon.
Within minutes, as Bill was putting the car into gear, my phone pinged with a PayPal notification.
I had made the first sale.
Within 4 HOURS – and before I could get back on my computer to turn the sales page off, I had made 7 sales!
Target = SMASHED!
UH-OH… the character references!
In all the focus on the offer, I realised I’d forgotten about the character references.
Argh!
I sent an email to Nigel Botterill, CEO of the national business growth group I was a member of.
I told him the story, and asked could he please do me the biggest favour and give up some of his Sunday evening to write something for me.
His reply came straight back.
“You’ll have it in an hour.”
Two more emails sent.
Two more replies.
What happened next was mind-blowing!
Three of those seven people emailed me to say they didn’t want the program they had purchased.
They told me that they’d bought because they wanted to give back to me. They wanted to help me achieve my dream.
How AMAZING is that?!
That’s what Mile-Deep Marketing will do for YOU too…
You’ll build a connection with your audience online, they’ll receive a ton of value from you being present and sharing your expertise, which benefits their business...
… then they will want to give back to you when you invite them to buy!
If you’re sending DMs that contain any of these phrases, you should know that you’re displaying signs of being a spammy wotsit.
It’s why your messages are being ignored.
#1 is not a bad message when the intention is purely to connect.
However, if we can sniff out your small talk has a hard sell lurking behind, nah!
If you receive cold DMs like these, what do you do with them?
4⃣Hills I’ll die on as a disabled business owner
1⃣ As a disabled person, being in business online makes me feel safer.
As a business owner, I can always pitch an irresistible offer to generate money when we need it.
2⃣ Getting enough rest is a priority.
I’m not attending 10pm webinars or hosting 8pm webinars because they mean I have to be “on”.
Without at least four hours “off” from a computer, I can’t wind my brain down enough to sleep.
Those hours will cost me sleep, which will compromise my energy for the next two days.
3⃣ As a Triple Split definition in Human Design, I never accept one version of information.
I seek out multiple sources, hear all sides, consider all angles, and trust the interpretation my inner guidance informs me is right, for now.
4⃣ I’m a 5/1 Generator so my (like 70% of the population) strategy is ‘response’.
When my response inspires an idea for content, my brain instantly starts writing it.
Until I can purge that content, I’m in physical discomfort.
Once the content leaves me, I’m over it.
That’s why I purge my inspiration on Facebook, not in my phone Notes app.
That’s my 4 hills.
What are yours?
If you ended each month able to email 10, 100 or 1,000 MORE people, do you think your business would grow?
Ask the business owners who are making a consistent income online how they do it, and they’ll tell you it’s at least one of these two things…
They run paid ads alongside their organic content.
They make offers regularly in the emails they send to their list.
Growing your list isn’t a novel concept, really. You already know you need more subscribers.
The problem with doing it is likely twofold…
Only 5-10% of your audience (on a good day!) see your lead magnet and offer promo posts organically.
And Ads Manager is not an easy place to learn how to get leads on your list without blowing your budget.
Enter the delightful Zach Spuckler and his 5-day Facebook & Instagram (& Threads!) Ads for Listbuilding Bootcamp…
