If you are at all time high net worth (on paper from stocks and crypto) and this is the first time for you, this is what I would do if I were you. Immediately cash out enough for taxes and all debt you have in your life along with 3 years of living expenses. You will NEVER regret buying yourself freedom… at the expense of more paper wealth. I did this in 2017 and it was the best decision I ever made.

Elon Musk was right when he said, "Go Get your fucking confidence back. Without it, you will fail miserably no matter how skilled or smart you are."

Your brain is not trying to be a dick w/ the anxiety. It's trying to avoid danger & "failure." It needs reassurance, not shame-- a supportive, realistic coach, not a drill sergeant. "Self talk" may sound simplistic or superficial, but the tone & words we use w/ ourselves matter.

People will constantly attack you in life. One of their main weapons will be to instill in you doubts about yourself – your worth, your abilities, your potential. They will often disguise this as their objective opinion, but invariably it has a political purpose – they want to keep you down.

Malignant narcissists, psychopaths target people who are isolated or can be isolated. When you first meet someone, never tell them you’re estranged from family, lonely or have just moved. This increases the chances predators will target you sexually, romantically, financially etc

One thing I’ve realized is that when you're a lil too understanding, people become a lil too inconsiderate of you.

The S&P is headed for another corrective phase soon. As I predicted back in late May, the AI trade will continue to punish late buyers. Bitcoin will bottom during phase 3 of my roadmap and go on to outperform the S&P, silver, and gold over the next few years. Tech software names will kick off a new bull market in phase 3. Healthcare and financials are both set to move higher. After the correction, AI stocks, shunned due to China competition, will become strong buys. Expect an alt season in the next crypto cycle. Any other questions?

If you're too nice, you're asking to get burned. Empathy without boundaries attracts manipulative and toxic people, just like honey attracts bears.

Realistic emotional regulation starts w/ developing the capacity to observe what's happening, even while we're in it. And yes, that's annoying as f*ck. When I'm emoting, I don't WANT to "observe" anything-- I want to emote. But just start experimenting w/ it. You're the observer.

My leverage trading skills are rarely mentioned here because I honestly don't care that much about it. However, over the past two years, through swings and scalping, I've posted nearly 70 trades with an 84% win rate and a four-digit ROI, all documented. I've also shorted the top of each counter-trend rally on Bitcoin throughout this entire bear market, each of which are documented. bitcoin:native

I am highly educated in finance and have worked in the industry for most of my adult life. I have academic, professional, and real-world experience, so I learned risk management before I ever made significant capital in my younger years.

Being 43 is wild. People your age are living completely different lives. Some are grandparents. Some are raising toddlers. Some are newly divorced. Some are newly engaged. Some haven’t slept in three years. Some are in St. Tropez posting Aperol spritzes from a yacht. Some look 25. Some look like they personally remember the invention of Tupperware. Nobody got the same assignment.
