@moniepointng openly address the complainant @259cbc12ee0a4fa has made, without the underhanded tricks of trying to appear professional, when you feedback says otherwise.

I’m calling on all regulatory agencies overseeing financial institutions and consumer rights in Nigeria to URGENTLY intervene. @moniepointng @moniepoint
@Moniepoint @moniepoint
refused to act on a valid court order served on 28 Oct 2025 alleging via email that the order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction “did not emanate from the court.” They have now claimed I’m *not a customer* and therefore will not honour the order.
This disregard for the rule of law and due process must be addressed

On 11th October 2025, I paid Ugoeze Goodluck Enterprises ₦550,000 (Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) in two tranches via Keystone Bank and First Bank for an EP6 engine for my Peugeot 308.
and physically submitting the orders at their Abuja office, no action has been taken. I appeal to the management of MoniePoint to urgently monitor and process the refund in compliance with the court order, as this delay has caused me undue hardship and left my vehicle unusable.
I have attached the payment evidences and acknowledged court orders by @moniepointng for reference.
